Recently I found Georg Hegel and Graham Priest due to my friend Garrett. This has lead me down a path that started with my interest in Intelligence, both Artificial and Biological. My current worldview is one that allows for opposite things / contradictions to be true while resolving them by believing in a overarching power or "God" a synthesis that makes it all make sense. I'm most familiar with the God of Christianity, Judaism and Islam, however I know the nature of God can be learned about in many ways. I believe Western thought should experiment with alternative logical systems such as paraconsistent logic and dialetheism, and push the boundaries of what is measurable in Physics. This may involve new mathematical frameworks that challenge the assumption that a statement, and it's opposite cannot both be true at the same time.
